Description:

• Reporting to the Revenue Accounting Manager , this individual will manage the Reserves calculation, Account Reconciliation, Margin Analysis and customer program.

• This role will include various harmonization projects and opportunities to enhance our accounting process to be more efficient and effective.

• The person in this position will work closely with Revenue Accounting and Reporting teams and business partners from BU Finance, Sales Operations, Claims Settlement and IT teams.

Additional Duties:

• Key contact for internal and external auditors, and cross functional teams who may have questions around our reserves process.

• Review processes on an ongoing basis and implement improvements.

• Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to modify and implement functionality improvements to system reports and processes.

Skills:

• Advanced Excel skills and analytics aptitude required.

• Experience in SAP and Oracle Cloud environments a plus.

• Proficient knowledge of US GAAP and revenue recognition fundamentals.

• Power BI, Claims, Accounting and Finance.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, CPA or MBA preferred

Certifications & Licenses: CPA
