Amentum Guard 1 (*** PART-TIME Weekends & Holidays ONLY ***) in Milton, Florida

The PART-TIME Guard I (Weekends & Holidays ONLY), protects property from theft or damage, or persons from hazards or interference. The primary duty is to observe and report security and emergency situations. Intervenes directly only in situations which require minimal action to safeguard property or persons.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Carries out detailed instructions and procedures primarily oriented to ensure that emergencies and security violations are readily discovered and reported to the appropriate authority.

  • Serves at a fixed post, making rounds on foot or by motor vehicle, or escorting persons or property.

Knowledge & Skills

  • This is an SCA job and will vary accordingly by assignment within and across contracts.

Experience & Education

  • This is an SCA job and will vary accordingly by assignment within and across contracts.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Must have a valid drivers license

  • One year of security/guard experience preferred

Physical Requirements/Working Environment

  • Typically, minimal training and physical fitness standards.

Travel

  • Typically, not required.

Work Schedule

Must be available to work on:

  • Friday Nights, Saturdays & Sundays

  • All Government Assigned Holidays
