Role: Field Service Technician Salary: $53,851Responsibilities: Field installation of company’s total product line, including process application assistance and training customer personnel in the successful use of equipment.Preparation and execution of installations and service visits.Handling of telephone requests for assistance from our installed base.Timely follow up with customer to determine their level of satisfaction.Evaluation, quotation and eventual repair of customer parts that are returned to Sono-Tek.Required for the Position: Associates Degree in Applied Science or related and course work must include DC Circuits, AC Circuits, Electronics I, Manufacture Tools and Practices and Electro-Mechanical Devices.
