Description We are looking for a meticulous Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity within the telecom provider industry. The selected candidate will be responsible for full cycle accounts payable duties, including coding and processing invoices, conducting check runs, and communicating directly with vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately code invoices for appropriate categorization

• Send invoices for approval to ensure validation of transactions

• Post invoices into MS Dynamics to maintain up-to-date records

• Conduct check runs regularly to ensure timely payments

• Perform 3-way match to verify invoices, purchase orders, and received goods

• Correct any discrepancies in invoices and payments to maintain accuracy

• Directly communicate with vendors to address inquiries and resolve any issues

• Perform account reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and invoice processing

• Operate MS Dynamics SL for accounting and financial management functions. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Experience in Accounts Payable (AP)

• Knowledge in Check Runs

• Familiarity with Coding Invoices

• Strong Data Entry skills

• Proficiency in Invoice Processing

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• Experience with MS Dynamics SL
