Milwaukee Bucks Business Strategy & Analytics Intern in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Summary:

We are seeking a Business Strategy & Analytics Intern to focus on maintaining and improving sales and KPI metric reports, as well as help build visualization tools, across all departments. This intern will gain exposure to every aspect of business operations by assisting with quantitative and qualitative analytical projects related to ticket sales, corporate sponsorships, retail sales, marketing, digital and finance.

  • Data Validation

  • Support data implementation projects by completing data validation projects

  • Perform recurring data validation exercises to ensure data integrity

  • Reporting

  • Build new reports

  • Edit and maintain existing reports

  • Visualization

  • Assist in building visuals that summarize market trends

  • Pricing Analytics

  • Understand and implement dynamic pricing methodologies

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university

  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Office and Excel

  • Proficiency in Power BI and/or SQL preferred

  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as an ability to apply higher-level judgment and critical thinking

  • Highly organized, self-directed business style, with strong ability to prioritize

  • Has worked and succeeded in an environment of measurable metrics and results

  • High energy, forward-thinking and collaborative individual who thrives in a multifaceted setting
