Job Summary The Campaign Strategy & Insights Marketing Lead of the Campaign Marketing function will oversee measurement and performance for campaigns and consumer engagement within the North America Marketing organization. In partnership with the Marketing Manager, they will lead the overall development and dissemination of strategic marketing intelligence to deliver on business objectives. You\'ll be a partner within our Campaign Marketing Team, who will use your insights to make decisions at speed. This individual will also work with functional teams across the organization (channel owners, regions, motorcycle insights, etc.) to holistically review, track and report on marketing performance. The ideal candidate for this role must be a motivated self-starter that is always looking to improve their work and make a difference in North America Marketing and ensure our marketing actions connect at an emotional level with every consumer.
