Closing Date: 07/09/2024, or upon submission of 50 applications Clerical Specialist - Sheriffs Full-time, Hourly Hourly Range: \$16.37 - \$24.55 Scheduling: This position will work on 2nd shift from 2:30pm - 10:30p or 3rd shift 10:30pm - 6:30am including weekends, holidays and mandatory overtime as required Job Summary: Clerical Specialist staff are responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining booking packet, mail, court, and warrant records. Interact with court staff, court officers, law enforcement personnel and address inquiries from the public. Staff are responsible for collecting monies owed for bond payments and other law enforcement agencies and for registering and monitoring onsite personal video visiting. Job Responsibilities: Arrest data entry as it pertains to the ID\'s individuals name, demographics, charges, bonds, detainers, and notifications. Print applicable court paperwork, assign court dates, and make necessary photocopies for dissemination. Disseminate information via phone and direct public contact.
