JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Description: Purpose The Wisconsin Institute for Neuroscience (WINS) Building Resilience through Action in Veterans and First Responders (BRAVE) Program is currently seeking a Clinical Program Coordinator I who will work within a comprehensive interdisciplinary medical team to assess patient needs. This position will work under the direction of the Program Director to coordinate the day-to-day administrative activities of the program. Primary Functions Work with program leaders to develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive databases and files related to the program. Complete in depth phone screens and interviews with potential program patients Coordinate and input complex patient schedules for BRAVE specific appointments based on individual patient needs. Schedules multidisciplinary appointments in traditional and complementary modalities. Problem solve patient and provider problems, concerns, and issues that arise mid-treatment related to clinic coordination and scheduling. Utilize EPIC, the electronic medical record system of the University, when scheduling, checking patients in and out, and registering patients. Collect, analyze, and disseminate participant intake data. Report program data and progress to program stakeholders. Participate on appropriate committees relevant to the advancement of the program and the profession.
