How you\'ll create opportunities in this Cloud Systems Analyst role: *Cloud Systems Ticket Queue: Receives escalated requests from Level 1 and 2 support team for resolution. Prioritizes work within the Cloud Systems ticket queue and responds in a timely manner. Collaborates with other members of the Cloud Systems team and other IT teams to resolve issues, as needed. Participates in 24/7 on-call support rotation *Cloud Systems Administration: Administrates the cloud system through patches, permissions, and service deployments. Monitors and analyzes network performance to match on-demand requests. Maintains the Cloud environment including security configurations, patching, and troubleshooting. Establishes connections to and from various cloud network types and managing firewalls. Defines and implements policies for cloud-based systems.
