TIDY WIZ CLEANING LLC Commercial Janitorial Territory Manager in MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Territory 1 - Territory Area Manager servicing Waukesha and Milwaukee County and immediate surrounding counties Job Description Worksites may vary from commercial maintenance cleaning to move-in/move-out residential environments. General work area will be in the southeastern Wisconsin area. Supervise crew and provide manpower to worksites including self; Delegate tasks to crew. Address sales calls and perform on-site estimates after experience is gained. Perform payroll and logistics preparation tasks and communicate with Tidy Wiz Cleaning owner. Perform small administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping , email, scheduling, customer service, etc. Cleaning tasks may include: Engage in dusting, sanitize wiping surfaces, trash collection, vacuuming, sweeping, and/or mopping/using floor-scrubber, etc. Specific Duties Service, clean, or supply restrooms. Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming. Gather, empty trash, and reline trash bin. Dispose collected trash at outdoor dumpster. No recycling collection requested. Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures. Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications. Clean windows, glass partitions, or mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, or squeegees. Requisition supplies or equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties. Dust furniture, walls, machines, or equipment. Move heavy furniture, equipment, or supplies, either manually or with hand trucks. Monitor building security and safety by performing tasks such as locking doors after operating hours or checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created. Clean laboratory equipment, such as glassware or metal instruments, using solvents, brushes, rags, or power cleaning equipment. Set up, arrange, or remove decorations, tables, chairs, ladders, or scaffolding to prepare facilities for events, such as banquets or meetings. Drive vans, industrial trucks, or other vehicles required to travel to, or to perform, cleaning work. Maintain worksite materials, tools, and equipment. Replenish as needed. Work Environment Live or after-hour worksites Cleaning tasks at worksites may be in live commercial and/or residential settings. High intensity yet meticulous workflow Other Notes Must be 18 (+) years old to be hired. May be 17 to apply. PPE (vinyl gloves, safety glasses, face masks, etc.), materials, tools, and equipment provided. Uniforms required. Black non-slip shoes, Black comfortable pants, Blue company shirt. Apron, leather work gloves, and small black waist-bound utility pouch are provided. Bi-weekly pay Chosen managerial candidates may choose their own responsible assistant which will also be vetted. Comprehension and application of cleaning label directions is necessary.
