Job Summary This position is a key part of the team responsible for global oversight, analysis, communication, compliance, implementation and administration of H-D compensation programs, which include: salary ranges, survey management, annual merit cycle, short term incentive plans, equity based long term incentive plans and global mobility. This position collaborates and consults with all areas of Human Resources to ensure programs are equitable and in adherence with corporate compensation philosophy. Job Responsibilities Design: Assist in the design of salary structures, short & long term incentive programs, and other compensation programs. Administration: Support the global administration of the compensation programs through supporting job evaluations, equity plan administration, the annual compensation cycle administration, compensation survey participation and incentive plan administration. Short Term Incentive Plan: Annual execution of plan from auditing employee eligibility to validating accuracy of supporting historical data and submission of payments. Long Term Incentive Plan:Administration of restricted and performance share unit plans, including granting and vesting of shares, deferred stocks and dividend payments.
