About the role and team: This leadership position will lead Enterprise Agile Coaches that are driving an agile transformation in the Banking business segment as well as being accountable for identifying and rolling out continuous process improvement opportunities. The team is tightly partnered with a data analytics/BI team and process/tooling team to work together to provide insights for opportunities to the ongoing transformation, looking areas improvements, and assist transformed teams with identifying/solving challenges. What you will be doing: We are seeking a passionate, inspirational leader who is process oriented, challenges the status quo, and can align the organization to drive improvements. This individual will have ability to engage and lead others through change to advance new ways of working and will work closely with product management, agile coaches, cross-functional stakeholders, and senior leadership teams to implement and support Value stream transformation and drive the future support of the agile process.
