About the role and team: This leadership position will lead Enterprise Agile Coaches that are driving an agile transformation in the Banking business segment as well as being accountable for identifying and rolling out continuous process improvement opportunities. The team is tightly partnered with a data analytics/BI team and process/tooling team to work together to provide insights for opportunities to the ongoing transformation, looking areas improvements, and assist transformed teams with identifying/solving challenges.
