What We DoBusiness Process management roles lead resources dedicated to the analysis of processes, procedures and work instructions and are focused on driving improvements in efficiency and quality through more effective business processes, elimination of non-value added or duplicate efforts. Provide leadership and manage execution to help define and evolve business processes, evaluate quality issues, measure current process performance, analyze root cause defects, and develop targeted process improvement opportunities with process owners/business leaders. Plan and implement quality assurance and compliance processes. Partner with other groups to maintain alignment and continuity with business objectives. What You\'ll Do The Director, Business Process provides strategic leadership and manages teams to define, evolve and execute business processes. Directly oversee multiple departments/teams and partner with cross functional leadership to maintain alignment and continuity with broad business objectives Strong focus on examination and quality improvement efforts Serve as the Underwriting liaison for redrafting procedures to meet our customers\' needs Directs activities for evaluating and optimizing business processes focused on improving operational efficiencies, quality, service, and profitability Partner with business leadership, Operations, Customers and Underwriting in the execution of strategic projects and evaluate the success on an ongoing basis.Engage subject matter experts and cross-functional groups for input and suggestions.
