Responsible for asset management of the two water reclamation facilities. Under direction of the Assistant General Manager leads an organization of highly skilled tradespeople to maintain all equipment and facilities in a safe and efficient working condition. The position is responsible for planning, scheduling and documenting preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance work through the use of a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). Responsible for ensuring timely production of deliverables and meeting stringent maintenance metrics required by the service agreement with MMSD.
