The Director of Human Resources is a Critical Role in the Mission: The Director of HR plays a vital role in building and sustaining a strong, engaged workforce that is essential for fulfilling the mission of Guest House of Milwaukee in creating lasting change for individuals facing housing insecurity. Talent Acquisition: The Director of HR will attract and retain top talent, ensuring the organization has skilled staff committed to addressing homelessness and supporting vulnerable community members.
