JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Electrical Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The Electrical Assembler will be responsible for assembling electrical components and systems according to engineering specifications and quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, the ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics, and proficiency in using various hand and power tools. Responsibilities: Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications to assemble electrical components and systems. Assemble electrical panels, control systems, and other electrical assemblies according to established procedures and guidelines. Install wiring, connectors, and electrical components onto panels and enclosures with precision and accuracy. Perform quality inspections to ensure all assemblies meet required specifications and standards. Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues, including identifying and correcting wiring errors or component defects. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines at all times. Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and other team members to optimize assembly processes and improve overall efficiency. Assist in inventory management by tracking and reporting usage of electrical components and materials. Follow all company policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggestions for enhancing assembly processes and procedures. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in electrical assembly preferred. Proven experience in electrical assembly or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and wiring techniques. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications. Proficiency in using hand and power tools, such as wire strippers, crimpers, screwdrivers, and soldering irons. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in assembly work. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
