JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for an experienced Electrical and Electronic Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the electrical assembly team. Your role will involve ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety in all assembly processes. You will be responsible for managing a team of skilled technicians, optimizing production workflows, and implementing best practices to achieve production goals. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the electrical assembly team, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and support. Ensure that all electrical assemblies are completed in accordance with engineering specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Conduct regular inspections and tests of assembled products to verify functionality and adherence to quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or production problems that arise. Develop and implement efficient assembly processes and workflows to maximize productivity and reduce waste. Train, mentor, and evaluate team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Maintain accurate records of production data, including assembly metrics, downtime, and defect rates. Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to address and resolve any design or quality issues. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations, promoting a culture of safety within the team. Prepare and present reports on production performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Electrical Assembly Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the electrical assembly or manufacturing industry. Strong technical knowledge of electrical assembly processes, including reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints. Experience with various hand and power tools used in electrical assembly. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and developing teams. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Familiarity with safety standards and regulations related to electrical assembly. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software for reporting and data analysis.
