For the right candidate, being a member of the GRAEF Electrical Team will provide opportunities to: Broaden your skills by working on a wide array of projects. Responsibilities include performing calculations, equipment selection and design. Benefit from our national client relationships to work on projects throughout the Midwest and across the country. Participate in project pursuits, proposals, and developing strong client relationships. Mentor less experienced electrical staff. We are considering Electrical Engineer candidates who possess the following minimum qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in electrical engineering or architectural engineering with an Electrical emphasis. Professional registration as a PE. Working knowledge of applicable building codes. Minimum of 5 years of experience in power, lighting, fire alarm, emergency power, and specification preparation for office buildings, commercial buildings, educational buildings, aviation/port buildings, municipal/county buildings, and industrial buildings. Candidates with additional or specialized experience are encouraged to apply. Proficient with Microsoft Office products and Bluebeam. Working knowledge of Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit) preferred. Basic understanding of electrical construction materials and methods. Project Management experience preferred. Experience managing multiple engineering disciplines is a plus.
