RADYNE CORP Electrical Service Engineer in MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: As an Electrical Service Engineer at Radyne, you work on maintaining and improving leading-edge high-power electronics, machine automation and Power Conversion Systems for Industrial Induction systems. Responsibilities include: installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment, troubleshooting issues, providing technical support, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards. The electrical engineer rotates through various disciplines alternating between in-house engineering projects and short duration field engineering/maintenance and service projects. Electrical Engineers will train and work on projects such as but not limited to: PLC Programming Debug of Systems Field Service Repair - Industrial Electrical and mechanical inclined equipment, Water Systems, Material handling equipment and Preventative maintenance. Control System Architecture/Concept Design I/O design and Electrical Wiring Design Electrical Cabinet and Systems Layout Project Management Printed Circuit Board Design Transformer Design Load computation Modeling and Simulation of Electric Power Circuits C Programming Embedded Systems Characterization of Systems Specifications In-house Product Test In-house Repair of customer goods Qualifications: BSEE or Associate Degree with equivalent experience required Familiarity with working on high voltage and high power circuits a plus Must Know how to use Oscilloscope, Meters, High Voltage Tester.
