Job Description The Finance Manager, Global Analytics and Insights GA&I) - Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) role is an important position within the GA&I Finance organization. Located at our headquarters in Milwaukee, WI, you will report into the GA&I Senior Finance Manager and leads a team of Senior and Junior Financial Analysts within the organization, located in the US and Mexico. The mission of the GA&I organization is to provide functional partners with information to manage performance and support decision-making, while driving process improvements. You will lead the standard reporting, analysis, and forecasting processes and provide ad-hoc support for the end-to-end supply chain team. This includes the global manufacturing plants, logistics, and the ISC departments. You will also need to be a change leader as we continue to transform our reporting, analytics, and forecasting activities by using new technologies including Power BI, Microsoft Power Platforms, SAP and Oracle\'s Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud Application, our standardized processes, and our centralized teams. You will also help to ensure the continued engagement and career development of their team. Your Responsibilities: Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for all important financial metrics for the group, with a focus on labor burden variance, logistics, inventory, purchase price variance, and spend. This includes support for the global plants and logistics team for daily trends and variances to plan, forecast and prior period Ad-hoc reporting for partners to better understand financial performance Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual causals for all important financial metrics for the group Ensure the predictability of results by developing standard quarterly forecasts for supported areas as well as future outlooks by Corporate Finance Develop the main reasons for supported...
