Fiscal Assistant 2 - District Attorney\'s Office Hourly Pay Rate: \$17.34 - \$26.01 Closing Date: September 04, 2024 - Or upon receipt of the first 50 application submissions received. Job Summary: Under the supervision of the Financial Manager, perform various purchasing and administrative functions. Job Responsibilities: Receive and distribute items that are purchased for the District Attorney\'s Office. Also create a receiver in the Infor system. Order and maintain inventory of office supplies for the District Attorney\'s Office. Occasionally, distribute special ordereditems to specific staff; otherwise, inventory is maintained in the mailroom and vault in SB405. Enter discovery charges into QuickBooks for data and material that is sent to defense attorneys on a daily basis. On a quarterly basis, prepare and send out invoices to defense attorneys. Submit requests to the House of Correction Print Shop for various documents and brochures needed for the District Attorney\'s Office. Distribute items to staff and/or in the vault.
