What you will do * Partner with USA Commercial business leadership to lead technology enablement of the commercial excellence strategy and goals. * Be an IT strategic business partner who helps in the business strategy development, technology roadmaps, and IT portfolio management. * Helps select and lead digital technology innovation, customer experience workstreams, and strategic IT investments. * Direct, schedule, coordinate, and evaluate the efforts of IT, users, and vendor personnel assigned to a specific systems project. May directly supervise and be accountable for a small team. * Responsible for successful strategic alignment between business stakeholders and IT related organizations, as well as a thorough understanding of company business processes. * Demand shaping and demand management, business case development, success criteria and metric definition, lead SIT/UAT, and project and program management. * Work cross functionally within different business functions and regions for project alignment and best practice learning. In addition, you have several years of experience in CRM, PRM and/or other sales, marketing, and communication related systems/applications; and knowledge of how front-office business management information technology can be leveraged for operations. * Requires 8 years of relevant expeience * Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
