As the Kitchen Supervisor for our team, you will complete a variety of tasks which will include: Prepare and sell food within recommended timeframes. Operate kitchen equipment. Produce quality product in a timely and efficient manner. Prepare and cook all food items according to recipe, presentation standards, and specifications. Prepare ingredients, such as portioning, chopping, or storing. Check supply and prep lists to ensure all items are items are prepped within their timeframes. Wash and disinfect kitchen area, workstations, etc. Assist in providing training to new cooks. Assist in monthly inventory. Ensure the kitchen team is following all processes and procedures. Ensure all health codes for food preparing, storage, and cleanliness are being adhered to. Be a point of contact for the F&B BOH team when the Kitchen Manager is off. The position is ideal for someone with the following experience and qualities: High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a similar role. Excellent customer service skills.
