The Manager, RCM Operations - Remote oversees a functional area within the RCM department related to prior authorizations and doc management. This role will collaborate with other RCM departments and field/regional leadership, to optimize workflows to enhance productivity and timely patient access to care as well as ensure positive patient interactions. This position will manage the document management team to review documentation for compliance and validity in accordance with payor policy and Hanger Compliance Standards.
