As a Mechanical Assembly Team Lead you will:

• Train employees on the assembly of specific products.

• Assist Supervisor in training/cross training associates at different work stations.

• Operate various lifting equipment such as forklifts and hand trucks

• Act as a technical resource to assembly team members to address and resolve inquires and problems and provide feedback to supervisors on recurring/major performance issues.

• Use a variety of hand and power tools

• Resolve technical/mechanical issues

• Build product to daily/hourly productivity goals as assigned with assembly line team

• Perform final assembly and inspection of product built to ensure that the product is per print and customers expectation.

• Document, record and file quality checklists for each production run.

• Maintain and monitor daily KPI’s recording hourly and shift results

Shifts

• 2nd Shift- 2:30pm-11:00pm Monday-Friday

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of assembly experience

• Blueprint reading and interpretation

• Lead experience preferred
