Brady Corporation Pricing Analyst in Milwaukee, Wisconsin
What We Need:
Brady Corp is seeking a Pricing Analyst who will support Product and Project Management with project proposal creation, pricing analysis, insight and implementation for the Safety Services team at Brady. This position will be instrumental in setting up successful projects by creating the scope of work and pricing for service projects that will ultimately be executed by the Safety Services operations team. This position will also work closely with Brady customers, Safety Services operations, and sales team members when project scoping calls are needed prior to project proposal creation.
What You'll Be Doing:
Safety Services proposal creation, which will often require identifying key operational details while working with the Brady Sales organization and customers.
Establish a good working relationship with Sales Territory Managers, Channel Partners, Operations, Product Management, Project Management, Finance and IT teams.
Contribute to managing a shared email box, which may require answering questions for sales and customers, as well as updating existing or expired proposals.
Support cross functional pricing initiatives, including influencing the Discounts, Enterprise-level Quotes and Tender processes.
Support Brady’s Strategic Account Managers by creating enterprise level pricing agreements which may vary by number of sites and service offering.
Maintain up to date Brady list prices.
Enforce price increases when enacted by the Services team, while maintaining an understanding of and collaborating with operations and product management for existing quotes and impacts of price increases.
Spearhead a new initiative to create the ability to quote multiple Brady solutions on a single proposal.
Report on pricing/margin performance by product line as determined by product and industry marketing.
Maintain competitor product matching lists.
What You Will Need To Be Successful:
Bachelor’s degree in economics, mathematics, finance, or related field
General knowledge of SAP, Salesforce.com and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex data and insights to a diverse audience either verbally or via written communication.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and willingness to assist teammates in reaching overall objectives.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, and creative problem-solving skills
Ability to work without close supervision.
