ManpowerGroup Project Administrative Assistant in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Our client, a leading financial services company, is seeking an Project Assistant to join their team. As a Project Assistant , you will be part of the Project Management Department supporting the Annual Report and Proxy Team . The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills , effective communication , and problem-solving abilities , which will align successfully with the team.

Pay Range:

$30.00 - $32.00

Location:

Milwaukee, WI (On-site 3 days per week)

Contract Length:

Through May 2025

What’s the Job?

  • Support the hiring manager in producing the annual report, managing behind-the-scenes tasks.

  • Determine policy ownership, manage logistics for email distribution, and ensure proper recipients.

  • Set up and promote emails to the field and employees, while notifying the board.

  • Vet the report through legal and compliance channels.

  • Coordinate with vendors for materials, order paper, and calculate budgetary numbers in advance.

  • Manage the tabulation process for returned proxy requests in the report.

  • Troubleshoot issues, manage deadlines, and ensure the project runs smoothly.

What’s Needed?

  • Several years of experience in project support or light project management.

  • Proficiency in business communication and problem-solving.

  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external partners.

  • Experience with proofreading, logistics, and coordinating multi-step projects.

  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in PC and MS Office applications.
