Remote Opportunity Description: As a Senior Project Manager and Scrum Master, you will be accountable for project management and scrum master duties of a large initiative with high complexity. Plans, coordinates and actively manages the IT delivery plans of technical solutions across a single technical product. Manages the end to end plan that is inclusive of all of the changes needed to a given technical product in support of initiative outcomes. Providing project management expertise to related enterprise areas in accordance with Company-approved methodologies, you will assist in defining and managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk mitigation, and implementation strategies. You will perform all scrum master ceremonies while ensuring the scrum team is maintaining forward progress and being held accountable. Impacts the direction and resource allocation for program, project or services; works within general department policies and industry guidelines.
