JOB REQUIREMENTS: The R&D Project Manager is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on project management. This role is an influential and visible part of the Materials R&D department with responsibility for providing hands-on research, technical knowledge, project management experience and leadership to develop new products through commercial launch, and support existing products within the Healthcare and People Solutions (HPS) business. This individual will also provide mentorship to junior R&D staff. Technical areas of focus will be in pressure sensitive adhesives, durable inks and coatings, print on demand technologies, sensor and indicating labels, anti-counterfeit products, RFID labels and wristbands, and other associated technologies.
