Randstad is seeking a skilled and reliable Repair Technician to join a production team in Milwaukee, WI. The Repair Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining generators in accordance with company standards and customer specifications. This position involves troubleshooting a wide range of issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring all repairs are completed efficiently and safely.

salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 5:30 AM - 4 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Disassemble generators to remove parts and make repairs

• Observe and test the operation of generators and equipment in order to diagnose malfunctions

• Reassemble equipment after completion of repairs, inspections and testing

• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 7 hours at one time

Skills

• Electrical testing/diagnostics (2 years of experience is required)

• Disassembly (2 years of experience is required)

• Blueprint Reading (2 years of experience is required)

• Repair (2 years of experience is required)

• Product Inspection

• Reassemble (2 years of experience is required)

• Diagnose Malfunctions (2 years of experience is required)

• Troubleshoot (2 years of experience is required)

• Basic Computer Skills
