Job Description: Lead a highly motivated technology team driving the transformation of next generation software! Provide strategic leadership, embrace continuous improvement, and help the team transform the Insurance industry. Key Responsibilities: * Strategic Leadership: Develop technical vision and drive strategies that deliver next generation SaaS solutions. * Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of technology professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Attract, retain, and develop world class talent. * Technology Delivery: Lead delivery management from epic refinement, development and QA to production delivery ensuring solutions are secure, reliable, and cost effective. * Vendor Management: Collaborate with external providers, technology partners and operations teams to meet performance goals and drive transformational projects. * Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including product management, peer technology teams, data science, and operations to align with business objectives and customer needs. * Financial Management: Drive fiscal responsibility and actively manage to defined budget targets.
