We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner - Remote who will be supporting the HR operations on the East Coast. Prefer candidates in the Eastern Time Zone. Acting as a trusted adviser and thought leader to the business leadership team, the Senior HR Business Partner will coach senior leaders, managers, and employees, while delivering talent, leadership and organizational solutions that drive business outcomes. This includes ensuring the team is optimally structured, supporting leadership and employee development, and planning/executing strategic HR initiatives.
