What You Will Contribute: The Senior Manager of Organizational Effectiveness will play a critical role in enhancing Badger Meter\'s overall effectiveness, productivity and collective performance, focusing on the organizational capabilities that foster a high-performance culture and drive organizational execution. This position is responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that optimize people processes, foster collaboration and engagement, and drive positive organizational change. This role works closely with all departments to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to ensure strong organizational execution. This role is responsible for leading, partnering and supporting global people initiatives related to performance management, goal setting, employee engagement and global organizational design. This role will partner across the HR organization and work directly with HR Business Partners and business leaders to assess organizational and functional needs. Job Duties: * Designs and delivers a global performance management process that ensures the collective measurement of performance across the organization. * Leads the annual global goal setting process, ensuring corporate goals are fully established and cascaded across all of Badger Meter. * Partners with business leaders to understand organizational challenges and needs within our businesses, spearhead solutions for designing or re-engineering organizational challenges, driving team effectiveness and high-performance teams. * Leads the annual global employee engagement survey process, effectively capturing employee sentiment and opportunities for improvement in engagement across the organization. Partners with business leaders to establish effective engagement improvement action plans that are impactful, measurable and lead to improved business outcomes. * Establishes global employee feedback and listening mechanisms that capture opportunities to build stronger employee commitment, engagement and reduce regrettable turnover. Translates feedback into actionable insights and goals to enhance the employee experience. * Responsible for the global HR service delivery model - driving continuous improvement and efficiency in all HR practices and procedures. Ensures all global HR processes are scalable, efficient and deliver a best-in-class experience for applicants, employees and managers. * Leads the efforts of the Workforce Planning Committee, the group responsible for annual workforce planning and quarterly review of all headcount additions. * Establishes and monitors global human capital metrics that provide Badger Meter\'s leaders with the ability to make informed people decisions, improve current processes and drive overall performance execution across the business. * Leads the review of global employee turnover with focused efforts on building impactful strategies for employee retention.
