What you will do:

Reporting to the Manager, Communications for Global Field Operations and Global Digital, you will be responsible for supporting an impactful and inspiring communication strategy that enables a positive employee experience and drives business growth for our Global Field Operations and Global Digital teams.

In this role, you will be instrumental in the support of planning, creating, and executing communication strategies across multiple channels and for a diverse, global audience. Your broad knowledge of effective communication messaging, tools / technology and channel strategy (online and offline will make you a successful candidate in this role. Working with the wider communications team, you will strive to continually evaluate and improve our capabilities, resources, and communication vehicles for all employees, regardless of role and location, while bringing new and innovative ideas to the table.

How you will do it:

  • Support business and functional leaders by developing a deep understanding of the strategic business needs to create compelling stories and key messages and communicate them in a simple, engaging, impactful and informative way.

  • Be passionate about the methods and messaging in which our field delivery employees want to be communicated.

  • Support business and functional leaders in creating communications that drive employee engagement and reinforces the vision, purpose and goals of the organization.

  • Develop compelling content that drives understanding of Global Field Operations and Global Digital across our key stakeholders.

  • Challenge the status quo and consider new and different ways of communicating to engage all employee persona groups.

  • Collaborate with marketing, public relations and social media to create integrated campaigns and leverage existing content.

  • Oversee processes and protocol to ensure accurate dissemination of timely and impactful information.

  • Create a disciplined approach to communications – driving consistency in communications processes, including measuring effectiveness and driving strategic adjustments based on results.

  • Manage various communications programs from concept to completion as assigned by your manager.

Requirements:

  • Five or more years specifically in corporate employee communications with demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills across a variety of creative formats. Experience in field, remote or non-wired communications preferred.

  • Must possess the desire to interact with all levels of the organization with the ability to maintain confidential or sensitive information, as well as influence with and without authority.

  • Ability to tailor messages to various employee audiences using appropriate tone, nuance and level of information; superior command of grammar and usage.

  • Ability to quickly gather and synthesize information from a variety of sources; aptitude for translating complex topics and issues into broadly understandable messages to employees.

  • Strong project management skills and ability to multitask.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Hands-on experience driving integrated communications campaigns.

  • Able to think strategically across the enterprise while digging into tactical needs.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Collaborative approach but able to work independently as needed.

This is a hybrid role at our Glendale, WI office, requiring three days of in-office presence and allowing two days of remote work each week.
