Randstad is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipping/Receiving Clerk to join our dynamic team. The Shipping/Receiving Clerk is responsible for managing and executing all activities related to the shipment and receipt of goods. This includes verifying and documenting incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining organized and efficient shipping/receiving operations.

salary: $18.99 - $19 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Reliable personal transportation to/from our facility in Milwaukee, WI (near Brown Deer)

• History of excellent attendance including start times and no missed days.

• Prior Ship/receiving experience a plus.

• Proven track record working in a team environment

• 1st shift position

• Candidate will perform Shipping and Receiving functions in our ERP system. Responsibilities include the following:

• General data entry into computer system for entering quantities Receipts and shipments

• Understand GDP (Good documentation practices)

• Good handwriting and ability to follow work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures

• Specific job assignments will change periodically, depending on workflow and daily requirements.

• Verifies quantity, weight, and conformance of materials to stated identifications; logs receipt of items on system, processes freight bills, packing sheets, and other documents; reports materials shipped and bills of lading; posts weight and shipping charges and routes merchandise to destinations.

• Depending on workload in shipping/receiving, may also include training in various production areas.
