Job Summary The Senior Analyst Sales & Operations Planning is responsible for developing the necessary inventory plans and supply requests to meet global availability goals of Apparel & Licensing. Through effective collaboration with the demand teams, the product supply teams, and logistics this role is responsible for ensuring the appropriate product or production is available globally where it will be needed to meet demand objectives. This role is responsible for efficiently managing excess and obsolete product, achieving inventory utilization and optimization goals, and creating and communicating KPI reporting and actions plans as needed. Job Responsibilities * Responsible for monitoring and improving key performance indicators (Key Performance Indicators) to goals against availability, turns, backorders, and excess and obsolete product * Participate in the effective management of excess and obsolete Apparel & Licensing product at global Distribution Centers * Effectively collaborate with supply teams to respond to changes in demand and supply disruptions to identify and make efficient purchase order shifts * Manage inventory optimization systems to ensure appropriate response to demand volatility and the optimized balance between availability and asset utilization * Collaborate with Apparel & Licensing as well as cross functional teams (Sales, eCommerce, Marketing) to communicate and drive...
