JOB REQUIREMENTS: What you will do The Strategic Account Executive for ourCommercial Real Estatedivision operates as an executive-level strategic leader, supportingmajor stakeholders within the commercial real estate sector. This is a dynamic and growth-oriented team at Johnson Controls, focused on driving success infacilities management. This role requires a high-energy, effective leader with a solid foundation in business leadership,C-suite relationships, and a proven track record of managing opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle. We are looking for a diligent, proactive leader who is self-directed, motivated, and operates with personal integrity. You will build customer awareness and demand forreal estate solutions/servicesthat enable clients to achieve their organizational goals through a deep understanding of their needs. This role demands a leader driven by high achievement to successfully drive sales growth and capture significant wallet share from customers. The successful leader will effectively influence and work with senior executives (VP, President) to commit to unique strategic account strategies for growth and relationship management. How you will do it Establish and cultivate valued business partnerships with JCI\'s largestcommercial real estate clients; proactively identifying business opportunities that align with customer priorities and drivers. Develop and manage strategic account plans that leverage the JCI global footprint and competitive advantages to increase and defend share of wallet spend. Identify business models, influence product roadmaps, and provide direction to resource plans thatposition JCI as a differentiated leader in the industry. Passionately advocate for the organization\'s strategy; continuously elevate expectations of sales performance and supportglobal team efforts to achieve and surpass ambitious sales goals. Ensure that the customer\'s perspective is a guiding force behind strategic priorities, business decisions, organizational processes, and individual actions.
