JOB REQUIREMENTS: Supply Chain Supervisor Job Locations US-RI-Providence \| US-TX-Houston \| US-WI-Milwaukee \| US-MD-Baltimore \| US-NC-Raleigh Requisition ID 2024-9617 Category Supply Chain Overview The Supply Chain Supervisor is a strategic plan-driven manager responsible for performance analysis, solutions implementation, and oversight of dedicated categories within the Supply Chain Department. This individual will work directly with external suppliers, internal project teams, and affiliated entities to provide a variety of solutions for operations requirements. This role will include the management, development, and oversight of multiple direct reports. Responsibilities Typical responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Lead Supplier Relationship Management for key suppliers within applicable categories Manage a core team of individuals Coordinate complex solutions for custom project requirements Articulate and execute multiple internal procurement processes Oversee consistent evaluation and sourcing of suppliers and products Participate in departmental strategic planning and process improvement Provide ad-hoc reporting, analysis and complete special projects as assigned KEY COMPETENCIES Effective Leadership - Display emotional intelligence to foster a culture of trust, problem solving and accountability within your team.
