JOB REQUIREMENTS: About the Role: We are looking for a Field Sales Associate to join ourSurgical Solutions teamin the Medical Products Division. In this role, you will sell and promote existing and new products in all FDA approved areas and applications. You should be passionate about selling state-of-the art implantable medical devices within thegeneral and plastic surgery marketsthat are the highest quality in their class and be energized by working for a world-class manufacturer and collaborating on cross-functional teams. This role will cover the territory of Wisconsin which includes the eastern half of Wisconsin and the western portion of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan; the candidate must reside in Milwaukee or Madison, Wisconsin, or surrounding areas. This is a remote position, and you can work from home in most locations inMilwaukee or Madison, Wisconsin, or surrounding areas. Responsibilities: Establish and maintain professional relationships Provide superior customer service Sell new technologies Analyze customer needs Prioritize time Work effectively and cooperatively as part of a team of sales associates within your region Comply with internal and external practices and procedures Required Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree Minimum of 3 years of medical sales experience Adaptable and flexible, ability to work \"on call\" when needed Strong communication and interpersonal skills Current, valid driver\'s license Demonstrated ability to support product use during procedures Ability to quickly develop strong and effective technical selling skills with new products in new market Ability to develop relationships with key customers Ability to understand medical/surgical procedures and terminology Ability to travel up to 40% and must reside in Milwaukee or Madison, Wisconsin, or surrounding areas Desired Qualifications: Experience selling to both general and plastic surgeons Experience in market development This role requires ongoing access to U.S. hospitals and compliance with facility-specific access policies (which may include a requirement to provide proof that you are fully vaccinated with one of the COVID-19 vaccines), vendor credentialing requirements including drug screening, background checks, immunization and training.
