Join our team as aTalent Acquisition Coordinator. Job Summary The Talent Coordinator plays an integral role on the talent acquisition team by providing support and coordination throughout the recruitment process. In this role, you will provide world class customer service to internal stakeholders (HR and hiring managers) as well as ensure a superior candidate experience. Job Responsibilities Responsible for support, coordination, and execution of activities such as candidate management, interview scheduling, travel arrangements, pre-employment contingencies, and system transactions. Effectively communicate with recruiters, HR business partners, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth process. Manage sensitive information, requiring strict confidentiality. Partner with the recruiter to ensure all candidates are getting the best experience. Establish and maintain solid working relationships with stakeholders across multiple facilities. High degree of interaction with internal and external candidates. Process invoices and reconcile recruiting expenses. Proactively identify and resolve issues. Identify opportunities to improve practices and processes. Education Requirements High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Experience Requirements Typically requires a minimum of 1 year of related experience. Previous experience in a fast-paced work environment. Experience with an applicant tracking system preferred. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
