Adecco US, Inc. Talent Acquisition Specialist (Hybrid) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with an Environmental Service provider to recruit and hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the Milwaukee, WI area.

The ideal candidate will have a construction industry background and will have experience recruiting field positions such as laborers and equipment operators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and recruit top talent for field positions: equipment operators, field crew, landscaping staff, etc..

  • Source candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the hiring process from start to finish.

  • Visit field sites to understand specific staffing needs and challenges of field teams.

  • Ensure accuracy of candidate data, recruitment metrics, and job postings.

  • Maintain a positive candidate experience to attract and retain top talent.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive practices.

  • Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience recruiting for skilled and field positions

  • Understanding of construction, environmental, or renewable industries is highly preferred

  • Ability to travel up to 20%

  • Must be detail oriented, organized, and exhibit strong time management skills.

Our client offers:

  • Salary in the 60k-75k range based on experience

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
