JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Details Level Senior Job Location IB Milwaukee - Home office - West Allis, WI Position Type Full Time Education Level 4 Year Degree Job Shift Day Job Category Finance Description JOB SUMMARY: The Chief Financial Officer will direct and have responsibility for the organization\'s accounting practices, the maintenance of its fiscal records, internal controls, the preparation, promotion and interpretation of financial reports for management and external groups. POSITION OBJECTIVES: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: In conjunction with the CFO directs the fiscal functions of the organization in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles issued by the Financial Accounting Standards Board and other regulatory and advisory organizations/agencies. Appraise the organization\'s financial position and oversees, directs, and prepares periodic financial statements, cash forecasts, and earnings forecasts which accurately reflect company operations. Oversees and directs the development of company accounting policies. Ensures that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state, and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting. Cooperates with other Executive team in coordinating expenditure programs with cash flow. Directs activities relating to and prepares annual operating budget. Analyzes, consolidates, and directs all cost accounting procedures together with other statistical and routine reports. Directs activities relating to and prepares working papers and reports concerning year-end financial and tax audits. Prepares daily correspondence relating to financial matters and supervises preparation of daily cash forecast. Evaluates and advises on the impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs/ strategies and regulatory action. Establishes and maintains strong relationships with senior executives so as to identify their needs and seek full range of business solutions. Provides executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities. Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives. Maintains knowledge of developments and trends in finance and administration including technological advance. Performs all other duties as assigned.
