POSITION SUMMARY Supports all facets of the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) operation, including order processing, order selection, packing and shipping. Additionally, is responsible for ensuring that all invoicing and end of day processes are completed as needed and will support the small parcel shipping. This is a working lead position and requires performing the essential functions of the warehouse staff. Expected to be able to perform all aspects of the job as described below, uniquely focused on shipping interface software, and will support other areas of the warehouse operation as needed. SHIFT DETAILS Evening Shift: Monday thru Friday, 2:00pm - 10:30pm STARTING WAGES Evening Shift: \$19.00 - \$22.00 per hour based on experience + \$1.00 evening shift pay KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in the training and development of all personnel working in the DTC operation. Assign and monitor work to warehouse associates to ensure orders that orders are picked, packed, and shipped in a timely manner. Complete required end of day activities for all shipping systems. Schedule UPS, FedEx and other pickups as needed, and ensure that daily pickups are made. Wrap pallets and load trucks. Communicate with supervision and management regarding any issues, including performance issues, to ensure they are addressed in a timely Must be able to operate all power equipment in a safe manner, including walk-riders, pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, forklifts, scissors lifts and order pickers.
