Adecco US, Inc. Senior Director of Finance in Minden, Nevada

Adecco has partnered with a growing national provider of youth services to find a Senior Director of Finance , offering a clear path to the CFO role . This position is based in Minden, Nevada , with occasional travel to a secondary location in Queen Creek, Arizona . The role requires in-office attendance five days a week, and relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of financial leadership experience , with at least 5 years in senior roles within healthcare, behavioral health, or social services. Expertise in Medicaid, Medicare, and medical billing , coupled with strategic financial planning, is essential. This role also requires a business advisor who can provide operational insights to drive growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and execute financial strategies that align with the organization’s goals. Provide recommendations to the executive team based on financial analysis.

  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the budgeting process, forecasting, and financial reporting to support sound decision-making.

  • Risk Management & Compliance: Implement strong internal controls, manage financial risks, and ensure compliance with financial and healthcare regulations.

  • Billing & Collections Management: Oversee Medicaid and Medicare billing processes, manage collections, and optimize efficiency in RFP processes.

  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a mission-driven finance team focused on collaboration and excellence.

  • Operational Efficiency: Optimize accounting systems, payroll processes, and cost-saving initiatives.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison with auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory agencies.

Experience

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

  • 10+ years in financial management, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles.

  • Public/Private company experience

  • Comfortable Overseeing 12 companies along with a team of over 30 in Accounting and Finance.

  • Expertise in Medicaid, Medicare, and healthcare billing processes.

  • Proven success in large-scale budgeting and forecasting.

  • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to mentor and develop teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CPA, MBA, or CMA credentials.

  • Experience in multi-state operations and nonprofit financial management.

  • Familiarity with financial systems like Blackbaud, MIP, or other grant management tools.

Pay Details: $150,000.00 to $200,000.00 per year
