The Opportunity

FCA has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Vice President of Clinical Services. As we continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking a strong organizational leader with a clinical background to advance our integrated services.

The ideal Assistant Vice President of Clinical Services is a dynamic mission-driven leader who will foster strategic program development to ensure integration of behavioral health services, access to care, and improved outcomes for those we serve. This role requires exceptional abilities in managing clinical, administrative, and community partnership development.

Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing operational oversight, including direct supervision, assigning and directing work, and evaluating performance of the directors and managers within the division.

  • Ensure that all program activities operate consistently, in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and funder requirements that reflects the mission and values of FCA.

  • Provide direct supervision for Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHC) development, implementation and strategic expansion.

  • Assure necessary internal and community collaborations required to meet all service delivery needs.

  • Implement a quality improvement plan across clinical programs, incorporating feedback from individuals with lived experience and client satisfaction.

  • Oversee internal quality assurance activities and meet funder criteria and regulations.

  • Actively seek new funding opportunities and contribute to grant submissions and contract proposals.

  • Develop and manage budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and alignment with FCA goals.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in a Human Services related field. LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LMFT preferred.

  • 5 years' clinical experience working with mental health and/or substance use population.

  • 5 years of supervisory experience.

  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • In-depth knowledge of regulations, standards, and best practices.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Valid and clean New York State Driver's License.

Compensation Information

  • The competitive compensation range is reflected with FCA's framework, culture, and values. Individual pay decisions will vary based on skills and experience' while still allowing for growth.

Additional Information

  • $100,000-$120,000 (reflects experience)

  • Schedule: (M-F), evening and weekend hours, as needed

  • This role is full-time (35 hours/week), Exempt
