Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Mechanic to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our service department, you will utilize your skills and expertise to diagnose, repair, and maintain a diverse array of vehicles and equipment. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our customers' vehicles operate at peak performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • *Diagnosis and Repair:* Diagnose, repair, and service vehicles of all makes and models. 
  • *Routine Maintenance:* Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements, ensuring optimal vehicle performance.
  • *Advanced Diagnostics:* Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and technology to identify complex mechanical issues and provide accurate repair solutions.
  • *Team Collaboration:* Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely completion of all repairs, meeting high-quality standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • *Continuous Learning:* Stay abreast of evolving automotive technologies and repair methods, participating in ongoing training and professional development activities.
  • *Safety and Compliance:* Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations in all repair and maintenance activities, promoting a safe working environment for all team members.
  • *Record Keeping:* Maintain detailed records of all repairs and services, including parts used and labor hours, to support warranty claims and ensure customer billing accuracy.
  • *Customer Communication:* Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations of vehicle issues, repair options, and estimated completion times.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Mechanic. 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods.
  • Proficiency in using advanced diagnostic tools and technology.
  • Strong understanding of automotive
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations in all repair and maintenance activities.

Preferred Qualifications:
