Job Title: Account Manager - 6 Month Contract to Hire
Job Description
We are seeking a candidate who can serve as the vital link between our customers and the service team.
This role involves managing purchase orders from customers and coordinating special specifications and timelines with the internal team.
The candidate will work primarily with our 20 smaller customers, who place orders intermittently.
Responsibilities
Serve as the liaison between customers and the internal service team.
Manage purchase orders from customers, handling approximately 80% of the role's tasks.
Coordinate special specifications and timelines with the internal team.
Maintain relationships with 20 smaller customers, ensuring their needs are met.
Assist in facilitating communication and resolving any issues between customers and the service team.
Essential Skills
2 years of customer relationship experience
Proficiency in account management and sales administration
Ability to multi-task
Strong computer skills
Experience with ERP systems
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Any level of ERP experience is considered a plus
