Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to manage voicemail box setup, configuration, and deletion. You will write clear and understandable documentation and handle phone and email communications. The role involves about 50% phone work and 50% email work, with variability depending on the day. Most interactions are with internal employees, with occasional communication with vendors. You will also perform data entry into tickets.
