Job Description Our IT department has a full-time opening for an experienced professional to help organize, maintain, and manage our AEC Standards and References Library (SARL). This position's responsibilities include: Manage memberships and subscriptions to professional industry organizations, publishers, groups and organizations that issue standards and references Facilitate knowledge management by developing and maintaining the necessary structure and processes to provide easy access Purchase, organize, store, and maintain SAR documents (such as codes, technical standards, guidance documents, research papers, and references) Utilize artificial intelligence (AI) to promote greater efficiency for users and ease of access Coordinate with the company SARL advisory committee The successful candidate will have an associate degree (or higher) in engineering, architecture, or related technical field AND at least three (3) years of relevant experience; OR; if no degree, must have at least five (5) years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have any/all of the following: Knowledge of the Architecture, Engineering and Construction Industry Understanding of specifications and codes Experience with standards and references used within the AEC Industry Experience setting up user accounts for memberships/subscriptions/Licenses Strong communication skills Strong organizational skills Join a firm that values innovation, employee well-being, and a people-first approach.
