The Global eDiscovery Services team provides strategic technology and methodologies to the firm's disputes lawyers and clients. The Analyst role is positioned at the intersection of law, technology and data analysis, and works closely with Project Managers to track, organize and report information on client eDiscovery projects. This position requires a strong interest in and aptitude toward technology and data analysis and offers a career path to the eDiscovery Project Manager and Senior Project Manager roles within the department. The appropriate candidate will receive training in leading-edge eDiscovery technology and related processes through the department's strong professional development and mentoring program. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Work closely with Project Managers to assist in the setup and management of eDiscovery databases for document review, analysis and production Monitor and report on the progress of client projects Maintain documentation regardingcollection of electronic data collected from clients Organize and prepare data for loading, processing,review and production Assist Project Managers to apply AI and sampling methodologies to large data sets Generate daily productivity metrics to measure progress and status of document review projects Generate reports and conduct searches within the firm's eDiscovery platforms Perform quality control checks of work product of stakeholders involved in the eDiscovery process How You'll Grow Opportunity to learn and grow in the area ofdata analytics and AI Learn from industry leaders and lawyers in the firm's Information Governance, Cyber and eDiscovery practices Participate in SMART goal initiatives aimed at professional development and helping to achieve your career objectives Potential career path to Project Manager and Senior Project Manager roles Other duties Please note this job description does not cover or contain all activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree Minimum one year of work experience in an office environment is required Experience in eDiscovery, document review, law firm, corporate legal or vendor preferred, but not required Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment and handle concurrent projects with high quality results Willingness to provide after hours, overtime, and weekend support as necessary Ability to work both as part of a team and independently with appropriate supervision Ability to communicate effectively with lawyers, vendors, and other key project stakeholders Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work under rigorous deadlines and in high-pressure situations Strong presentation skills Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook Professionalism, personal integrity and high degree of confidentiality Reliable, flexible and a client-service attitude in all situations is essential Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer and complies with all applicable federal laws and their implementing regulations that require the collection and recording of certain data and information.
